IMC15 has been accepted for ACVREP credits. By attending you can receive up to 24 credits.

Registration fees for the delegate, full-time student and employee of a community agency include access to sessions, exhibit hall, Welcome Reception, daily coffee breaks and congress materials.
Registration fees for companion include access to all areas that the registered accompanied delegate wishes to access with exception of the social evening event.
We have planned 9 interactive and hands-on workshops. They will be announced on the website by February 2, 2015. Register early to secure your seat as workshops have limited capacity!
Lunches are not included in the registration fees. The commercial gallery of the Convention Centre features several restaurants. A budget of $10-15 should be planned per lunch.
Social Evening Event
A reservation fee of $30 applies for all delegates. Additional tickets can be purchased for $100 + taxes each. The evening will feature a dining experience with Montréal-style entertainment.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Delegates unable to attend IMC15 will be entitled to a full refund (less 25% for administrative charges), provided that a written request is received by the Conference Secretariat (IS Event Solutions) by May 20, 2015. The organizers regret that refund requests received after this date will not be considered. All approved refunds will be issued after IMC15 on or before August 15, 2015.
